Defenseman Kade Bacon has signed a tender to join the Danbury Colonials for the 2020-21 season.
Bacon, an ’01-born Bar Nunn, WY native, most recently played for the Springfield Jr. Pics in the USPHL Elite league. There he accumulated 11 points in 42 games on the blueline. He previously played for the Casper Bobcats in the WSHL.
“I chose to play for the Colonials after getting to know Coach Cunningham pretty well,” Bacon said. “I saw how well this program can improve and advance players. I think Danbury will be a good home for me.”
“Kade is a young man I’m extremely excited to work with next season,” commented head coach Kevin Cunningham. “His character and commitment to developing are awesome. He is a smart two-way defenseman who has a great stick and loves to compete.”
