JR. HAT TRICKS TAKE GAME 1 OF THE EAST SEMIS

LONG BEACH, NY – The Danbury Jr. Hat Tricks won Game 1 of the NA3HL East Division Semifinals in overtime 2-1 over the Long Beach Sharks (0-0-1-0, 1 pt) on Friday afternoon.

Nick Rogers was the hero, tying the game late in the 3rd period and ultimately winning the game in overtime. The first goal was assisted by Elijah Devereaux and Dylan Walker. Eight minutes into overtime, Rodgers struck again. Devereaux and Walker once again were there for the assists.

Brennan Churchill stayed strong in goal, saving 19 shots and earning a .947 save-percentage.

The Jr. Hat Tricks will face the Sharks again, this time at home, on Saturday as they look to advance to East Division Finals. All fans will get free admission for the 7 p.m. game.
