JR. HAT TRICKS HOST BAY STATE ON THURSDAY AFTERNOON

DANBURY, CT – The Danbury Jr. Hat Tricks (17-11-1-3, 38 pts) play host to the Bay State Bobcats (11-22-1-1, 24 pts) on Thursday at noon.

The Hat Tricks have won five of their last six games with their lone loss coming in overtime to the East-leading Northeast Generals.

Since December 1st, the Hat Tricks have only lost four out of 15 games. Two of those losses have come in overtime. With just two point-less games in the last two calendar months, the Hat Tricks have surged up the East Division standings.

Danbury is just four points behind second-place long beach. They have been led by forward Nikita Kovalev and goaltender Brennan Churchill along the way.

Kovalev leads the team with 27 goals and 44 points and has eight goals in his last four games. Churchill sports a .950 save percentage in 12 games. He has won eight of those games, has points in 10 of them and has recorded five shutouts.
