JR. HAT TRICKS FALL IN GAME 1

ATTLEBORO, MA – The Danbury Jr. Hat Tricks (2-1, 4 pts) fell 6-2 against the Northeast Generals (3-0, 6 pts)  in Game 1 of the East Division Finals for the 2021-22 Fraser Cup Playoffs.

Oleg Egorov struck early in the game giving the Jr. Hat Tricks the initial lead, assisted by Antonio Felidi. The Generals added 4 goals throughout the first and second periods. Early in the third period, Felidi added a goal of his own. Felidi was assisted by Martins Leps.

Goaltender Brennan Churchill faced pressure all afternoon, seeing 61 shots and earning a .902 save percentage.

The second game of the series will be on home ice in Danbury Saturday night. Tickets will be $10 and can be purchased at the door. If needed, the teams will return to Attleboro on Sunday for game 3 at 3:30 p.m.
